I get emails asking me to post videos about how I personally use Younique makeup. That’s sounds good, in theory, anyway.
I however, am not quite sure if you all would want to see me doing my makeup. Seriously. I’m no model, by any means. I’m all about keeping it real, don’t get me wrong. I’ve started to do video tutorials on the pigments and the 3D Fiber Lash mascara several times.
But…you’re talking about a women that will take about 30 photos, to find one that I’m even remotely comfortable sharing. That means for every picture I post of myself on here wearing Younique products, I have taken, at minimum, 29 other pictures you will never see. (Yes, I am THAT uncomfortable doing selfies.)
That makes me nervous. How many Younique tutorial videos would I have to shoot, in order to have my insanely shy self, post even one??
I’m going to bite the bullet, and work on an application video for the 3D Fiber Lashes. Wish me luck!
Until I get it posted, remember, there is a learning curve to them. You most likely will not apply them “right” the first time. Also, remember to always work on ONE eye at a time. And no, you do NOT need a coat of your old mascara under it. I haven’t used regular mascara in several months now.
Ok, just typing that, made me realize that a video would probably be easier. Please remember, I’m an average woman, so I may drop the wand, or get camera fright, and make a mess! 😉
See you soon…or better yet, hopefully, you will see me soon!
