How To Be Successful When Selling Younique

The title to this entry is a top search, almost daily. So, how can you be successful selling Younique?

It’s a pretty easy answer, but a lot of people don’t like it when they hear it: You have to work at it.

Yep. It’s really that simple of an answer. I work hard to be successful and maintain it. If I’m not writing blog entries, I’m posting on Facebook, connecting with friends, building relationships, doing demos, doing parties, and more.

Sometimes, something as simple as a before and after of the 3D Fiber Lash mascara picture does it. Other times, it’s posting a picture of a new look, that I’ve tried that day.

I also read everything I can about Direct Sales. Even after doing them for over six years, I still have so much to learn, and am not afraid to admit it.

My team doesn’t get pushed to the side. If I’m not there for them, then I’m not being successful. I’m being stingy, and taking away opportunities from them. That’s not what they signed up for, and I will make sure I give them all I can.

I answer any and all questions, whether they are from customers, my team, other Presenters, potential customers, etc. I don’t push them to the side. I answer in a timely manner, and help them to the best of my abilities. If I don’t know the answer, I will ask those above me until I find it.

That, right up there, is my “secret to success”, in a nutshell.

Thank you for the heads up. I tried to go to her link, only to find that it had been removed. I find it sad that instead of coming up with original content, people feel the need to plagiarize others work. I don’t mind when people share my posts, but a link back is required to do so.
